The Music Notes are a swarm of sentient musical notes. They were summoned by Spider in "Booger Haze", using a piano, while Roostre was cocooned. The Music Notes immediately race out of Spider's Cave and head to the Corn Dog Farm to attack a giant corndog. Sometime later, Mouse Fitzgerald and Skillet are attacked by these floating Music Notes at the Corndog Farm while heading into Roostre's shack, some of which are destroyed by Fitz blasting them. In "Star Wars VII", they're heard banging on the basement door while Fitz and Skillet are inside the basement and discover a Corndog-shaped ship. The Music Notes were presumably destroyed in a massive explosion after Fitz and Skillet left the basement by driving the Corndog Ship while blowing up the Corndog Farm and Roostre's shack after Fitz thrown a cigarette into a cache of bombs. Spider is shown summoning some Music Notes in "Enjoy The Arm." In the final episode of Season 2, "Prolegomenon", some Music Notes were apart of Archeus' body.
