Matt Maiellaro is an American voice actor, filmmaker and a musician, best known as the co-creator and writer of cult television animated adult swim shows like Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and 12 Oz. Mouse. He also worked on another Adult Swim show called Perfect Hair Forever with Mike Lazzo (The Vice President of Adult Swim) and Matt Harrigan (The Voice of Liquor). He voices Mouse Fitzgerald In 12 oz. mouse. Matt Maiellaro has written every episode of 12 oz. mouse. Matt Maiellaro plays guitar in his office. Maiellaro cast people around his office to voice the characters. He provides the voice of the protagonist, Mouse Fitzgerald. He originally only gave the scratch dialogue for the character during production of the pilot episode, but chose himself to voice Mouse regularly after hearing his lines assembled in the final cut.

- In a 12 oz. mouse interview, Matt Maiellaro revealed that he drew most of the characters. However, he did not draw Skillet and Shark, because Shark's model was used in other adult swim shows such as Sealab 2021, Space Ghost Coast to Coast and Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Skillet was a drawing in a old clip art book, which was revealed in a B&W Bumper on Adult swim when Maiellaro was asked by a viewer why Skillet was the best drawn character in the show.
